Venison from the region

Dominik & Teresa attach great importance to local produce and are happy to share this with their guests. As Dominik is a passionate hunter, game meat is served almost exclusively at the Imhof. The local game species: deer, chamois, roe deer, ibex and marmot offer a great variety in this respect.

Do you also fancy game meat? Then you are welcome to buy a piece or two from our stocks!

However, as the hunt cannot be planned, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that the desired piece of meat will be in stock. However, you are welcome to place an order when you make your booking. Otherwise, you can choose your desired product from an updated list when you arrive at the latest.
